Precision Rifle Training

Test your limits Part 1

Understanding the potential of your personal weapon system and what goes into making a precision rifle accurate.

This session will cover the importance of understanding the internal and external ballistics of your equipment and the potential limitations. In addition, we will cover types of optics that will maximize your potential to get on target with your first shot.

Test your limits Part 2

While spending an afternoon on the range, you will engage targets out to 550 - 630 yards. By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Utilize modern equipment to accurately and consistently engage targets op to 600 yards and beyond.
  • Utilize modern ballistic software to get first round impacts at distance.
  • Dial your scope to engage targets at any distance, based off internal and external ballistics.
  • Correctly establish the most stable shooting positions using common methods seen during precision rifle competition and hunting situations.
  • Create a portfolio of information including “Next Steps.”


Bring The Following Components:

  • Rifle capable of 1MOA Accuracy (.50 caliber not allowed)
  • 80 - 100 Rounds of Ammunition (or more if you'd like)
  • Rear support bag and bipod
  • Shooting mat (I have one to borrow)
